I am the father of 3 wonderful children (14,10,6).  I have worked hard for several years as a public servant.  I stand on the line between society and harms way on a daily basis as a law enforcement officer and a former active duty Marine.

My children are what I live for and what I work for.  I have worked hard I have stayed true to the Lord and I have been always faithful to my wife.

just over a year ago my wife (who had not been faithful) filed for divorce and has yet to settle the divorce as she is holding out for more money and all that I have worked for including my rights to see my children.

Several months ago I have asked for help.  Due to the divorce I have lost most of my things including my home and a new vehicle and my right to see my children on a daily basis.  For over a year I have been sleeping in the back end of a 1986 NISSAN Pick-Up truck.  I shower every day at work and do my laundry regularly and keep my clothes at work.

I came to AIDPAGE in desparation looking for help.  What i needed was assistance for legal hlep and to HELP pay bills as part of the initial divorce proceedings I have been left with 3/4 of all the family bills plus I have been in a real need to save up to re-establish a home for my self and for it to be suitable for my children to visit with me.

AIDPAGE has been no help for me.  I hope that you all who need help and come to AIDPAGE seeking help can get some sort of assistance.  I was never asking for a free hand out as so many people do in this day and age and I make too much money on paper to apply for any federal hand out money.  I was even turned away from our local public housing authority when I asked about an appartment because they do not care how much money I have in my pocket they only care what it says I make on paper.

My divorce has not been settled yet and I am in debt to my eye balls and according to the U.S. Bankruptcy Laws I make too much money to file Bankruptcy as the laws were re-designed a few years ago that someone who makes $45,000- a year up to $200,000- can almost not file bankruptcy unless your a BANK, A CREDIT COMPANY, A LAWYER-DOCTOR, or on LOW INCOME.

What am I going to do? SIMPLY SUFFER and loose out because my wife was unfaithful and not happy so I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.

I need help paying my rent this month. I am do not have a job and can work. I have promise of work which will not start until after the holidays. i am still looking everywhere just no luck right now. I can do pretty much anything and am not wanting a free ride. I have tools and a truck. Electric is my field of expertise.If I do not get my rent paid I am out on the streets. I have a shut off notice for utilities and am hoping the heap program will assist with this. I am in very desperate need of this help. I can turn this around with a little help. I know I can. I just need a place to stay so I don't loose my tools and resources to be availiable, be contacted and get ready for work. Please.

Hi there -

I am a mother of 2 incredible children. I am out of work due to a car accident in which I suffered head and back injuries. I will need to have surgery and am just looking for an angel to help me pay my bills for the next month. If someone is out there and wants to help a family get back on their feet, we sure would be forever grateful.

I am not looking for a hand out - just a loan for 6 months while I undergoe surgery and am out of work for 4 weeks. If you want more information or proof from my doctor, I will be happy to provide documentation.

    In desperate need of help! For the past two years I have been having problems out of my now 14yr old son.  My older son was shot five times because, my 14yr old had a charlie horse and kicked dirt on a young man's pants while they were at a park. Since then he has been acting out. I have have went above and beyond trying to get help and conseling for him. He was on the honor role and started receiving failing grades because he refused to gto school. I have went as far as filing an ungovernable petition to have him court ordered to go to school, stay from certain places and so-called friends. As a mother of four young men I try to be firm, but fair. My requirements of my children are simple, go to school, keep your room clean, don't use drugs and Be a Something and Somebody instead of a Nothing and Nobody! On March 04, 2008 my 14 year old son was home after refusing to go to school. I then questioned him about being home once again. He then started yelling at me, saying that "he hate me", and telling me that "he will Knock me out"! I  threw a paint brush at him and  he balled up his fist and said that, "he will knock me out".After being threatned by my on child I called 911 and  I waited on the police.Once the police arrived one of the officers said that , "as a mother you have every right to discipline your children especially if they are rude and disrespectful". The officers then left and a female officer returned to tell me that she was training the other officer and he was wrong and that "I did not have a right to discipline". I was on the phone with my mother and I was telling her what the officer said. I explained to her that I work everyday and that My Children Must Abide By The Rules. She then told me to hang up the phone, but she never read me my rights or told me that she was placing me under arrest. I told her that "I did not do anything wrong". She then grabbed my arm and yelled for another officer, he came in and stomped on my foot and slapped me on my neck pulling me down the stairs. After falling down the stairs I was told if I did not put my hands behind my back they was going to taser me. They took me to the police station, although they never read me my rights. I told them that I needed medical care because I had no feeling in my toes and they were bleeding. I was taken to the hospital, once examined I had to get stitches in one of my toes and the other one was broken. I was then taken to PBSO Jail and booked on domestic battery on my son who was very disrespectful to me. Now I am on a leave from my job, because once release I was seen by two other doctors who refused to let me work due to foot, shoulder and lower back injuries I sustained from the Officers using excessive force.  All I want to do is be the best mother to my children. It's so much crime and gang activity where we live and I don't  want my kids to become apart of that. I am in need of some financial help or resources.
